Abstract

Procedimiento para eliminar un componente especifico de un gas que lo contiene, que comprende las etapas de hacer pasar el gas hacia arriba, o una velocidad superficial del gas del orden de 2 a 7m/seg., a través de una columna de depuración que comprende, por lo menos , dos secciones, cada una de las cuales incluye por lo menos, dos secciones, cada una de las cuales incluye por lo menos una placa perforada o de rejilla, sin rebosadero ni tubo descendente y con una relación de espacio libre de 0,30 a 0,60, así como un distribuidor de alimentación de líquido retomado en la parte superior de la misma, aumentando dicha relación de espacio libre de la placa de cada sección desde la sección más alta a la más baja:; y hacer pasar simultáneamente hacia abajo un líquido depurador, a través de la columna, en una proporción de líquido a gas (l/g) de 1 a 50, siendo introducido dicho líquido depurador a través del distribuidor de alimentación de líquido montado en la parte superior de cada sección de lacolumna.
