구조화 팩킹부 하부에 불규칙 팩킹부가 설치되고 상기 구조화 팩킹부와 불규칙 팩킹부 사이에서 액체를 재분배시키는 저온 공기 분리방법.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도 열교환에서 고압컬럼에 대해서 저압인 컬럼을 구비하며 또한 아르곤 혹은 외팔 컬럼을 구비하는 종래의 이중 컬럼 배열장치로 구성되는 본 발명에서 사용될 수 있는 전형적인 공기분리설비를 도시한 개략도.
제2도는 제1도에 도시된 컬럼(14)과 같은 아르곤 컬럼의 액체와 증기가 접촉하는 구조체로서 본 발명에 사용될 수 있는 개략도.
제3도는 제2도에 도시된 액체 분배기(26 및 26′)의 3차원적 도면
Claims (8)
- 적어도 하나의 불규칙 팩킹과 아래부분에 구조화 팩킹을 구비하고 있는 컬럼내에서 내려오는 공기의 액체성분과 상승하는 공기성분이 만나는 단계로 구성되는 저온 공기 분리방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 서로 인접하여 있는 불규칙 팩킹 구조화 팩킹은 아르곤 컬럼에 설치하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 불규칙 팩킹 및 구조화 팩킹이 2세트 설치되며 액체를 상기 팩킹부 세트 사이에서 재분배시키는 방법.
- 불규칙 팩킹을 포함하는 하부의 세트와 구조화 팩킹을 포함하는 상부의 세트가 서로 인접하게 설치되어 있는 저온 공기 분리방법에 사용되는 중량/열 전송 컬럼.
- 불규칙 팩킹을 포함하는 하부와 구조화 팩킹을 포함하는 상부가 서로 인접한 하나의 세트로 구성되는 저온 공기 분리방법에 사용되는 아르곤 컬럼.
- 제5항에 있어서, 액체 재분배 수단에 의해서 분리된 불규칙 팩킹과 구조화 팩킹의 두 세트로 구성되는 아르곤 컬럼.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 액체 재분배 수단은 컬럼 단위 유동 면적당 적어도 6개의 오리피스가 부착된 오리피스판을 구비하고 있는 아르곤 컬럼.
- 제5항에 있어서, 팩킹부가 서로 인접하여 형성된 세트의 직경이 3피트 미만인 아르곤 컬럼.※ 참고사항 : 최초 출원된 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
