Abstract

Procedimiento para la preparación de nuevos derivados de pirimidona de fórmula general (I): **(Fórmula)** y sales fisiológicamente aceptables, hidratos y bioprecursores de los mismos, donde R1 y R2, que pueden ser iguales o diferentes, representan cada uno de ellos hidrógeno, alquilo, cicloalquilo, alquenilo, alquinilo, aralquilo o alquilo sustituido con hidroxi, alcoxi C1-3, amino (alquil C1-3) amino o di(alquil C1-3) amino o bien R1 y R2 junto con el átomo de nitrógeno al que están enlazados forman un anillo heterocíclico alicíclico de 5 a 10 miembros que pueden estar saturado o puede contener por lo menos un doble enlace, puede estar no sustituido o puede estar sustituido con uno o más grupos alquilo C1-3 o un grupo hidroxi y/o puede contener otro heteroátomo.
