Abstract

Procedimiento de obtención de un semiéster de un estéril glicósido farmaceuticamente aceptable, cuyo residuo semiéster se deriva de un grupo consistente en semisuccinato, semiglutarato, semimaleato, semiciclohexandicarboxilato y semiftlato y cuyo estéril glicósido se elige del grupo consistente en los glicósidos de sitosterol, estigmasterol, ergosterol, colesterol, 5a- colestanol, lanosterol, 22,23-dihidrolanosterol, campesterol, cicloartenol y a-espinasterol; caracterizado porque comprende hacer reaccionar un estéril glicósido con las proporciones molares relevantes de un ácido dibásico o derivado del mismo, bajo condiciones de esterificación; y separar el semiéster del estéril glicósido de la mezcla de reacción.
