Abstract

Un regulador de la fuerza de frenado mejorado, para uso en los sistemas de freno de circuito doble, con dos válvulas cada una de las cuales está dispuesta entre una cámara de entrada conectada a un cilindro principal y una cámara de salida conectada a los cilindros de las ruedas, y con dos pistones que se apoyan uno contra el otro y que tienen a las válvulas, o por lo menos a parte de las mismas, dispuestos en ellos, estando el primer pistón diseñado en forma de pistón escalonado, caracterizado porque el segundo pistón es un pistón escalonado; porque ambos pistones se apoyan uno contra otro por su escalonamiento menor; porque las superficies anulares de estos pistones escalonados forman cada una de ellas el límite de una cámara de entrada y las superficies frontales grandes de los mismos forman cada una de ellas el límite de una cámara de salida; porque el primer pistón es llevado contra el segundo pistón por medio de un muelle, y porque el segundo pistón se apoya contra un tope manteniéndose en esta posición abierta a su correspondiente válvula.
