Abstract

Perfeccionamientos en equipos para la instalación sub-acuática de tuberías del tipo que comprenden en general un armazón que se coloca a caballo en la tubería que hay que instalar, medios excavadores fijados al armazón capaces de actuar a ambos lados de la tubería ya apoyada en el fondo, al menos a la altura de la posición del armazón, de manera que formen dos zanjas de profundidad pre-establecida, adyacentes y paralelas a la tubería, eventuales cuchillas y arados, fijo o retráctiles, que disgregan la zona de fondo directamente subyacente a la tubería, y una bomba que aleja el material retirado por los medios excavadores, caracterizados porque el armazón se forma, al menos, por dos elementos de patín de apoyo lateral y regulación de la máxima profundidad de excavación montados simétricamente respecto al eje de la tubería, siendo ambos elementos de patín de altura regulable respecto a la de los medios excavadores, una primera serie de cuchillas disgregadores, montadas en varillas verticalesaccionadas por palancas movidas por conjuntos de cilindro y pistón, y que se mueven entre una operación no operativa, sustancialmente paralela y lateralmente desviada respecto a la tubería y una posición operativa en la que actúan en la tira de fondo inmediatamente subyacente a la tubería que hay que instalar, palas excavadoras que constituyen los medios excavadores, dispuestas en número par de al menos dos a cada lado del armazón, teniendo cada pala de al menos dos a cada lado del armazón, teniendo cada pala un borde excavador a un nivel prefijado y más bajo respecto al borde excavador de la pala inmediatamente precedente en el sentido de arrastre del armazón, medios de regulación de la distancia entre los dos lados internos del armazón colocados a caballo de la tubería , efectuando la regulación de acuerdo con el diámetro del tubo que hay que instalar, y una segunda serie de cuchillas disgregadoras previstas al menos en la parte anterior del armazón que sobresalgan hacia abajo contactando con el fondo antes de que actúen las palas excavadoras.
