Abstract

1. Un método para la preparación de una composición de aceite de jojoba, útil para el recubrimiento de productos alimenticios constituida por aceite de jojoba parcialmente hidrogenado que permanece transparente durante 24 horas como mínimo a 25ºC o menos; cuyo procedimiento comprende someter a reacción de hidrogenación el aceite de jojoba a una temperatura inferior a 125ºC, en presencia de un catalizador de hidrogenación metálico activo, limpio, no sulfurado.
