Abstract
En la primera matriz utilizable para moldear el vástago, se dispone una varilla delgada como indicador de posición, en el extremo inferior de la matriz. De la segunda matriz utilizable para moldear el cuerpo del remache en torno al vástago, se forma una boca anular alrededor de la delgada varilla. Por consiguiente, el material plástico fundido, que habrá fluido por la reguera y el recipiente de vaciado, se hace fluir axialmente por la boca anular, uniformemente en dirección ascendente. Así pues, el material plástico fundido no tiene posibilidad de producir ninguna línea de soldadura. Por lo general, un artículo configurado que no presente línea de soldadura no presenta tampoco grietas producidas bajo una fuerza externa, incluso si el grueso de la pared es relativamente pequeño. En el caso del remache ciego, por consiguiente, se produce una estructura en la que se curva con seguridad el cuerpo del remache y se pliega sobre sí mismo bajo la acción del deslizamiento ascendente del vástago.
