Abstract

Procedimiento perfeccionado para descafeinar café, que se caracteriza porque la superficie de una película delgada de una solución acuosa de extracto de café es tratada con dióxido de carbono en condiciones hipercríticas de temperatura y de presión, y con ello se elimina la cafeína y se aísla la solución acuosa de extracto de café exenta en lo esencial de cafeína.
