Abstract

Un procedimiento para preparar polímeros que llevan grupos derivados de lactamas, caracterizado porquese polimerizan por lo menos un dieno conjugado de 4 a 6 átomos de carbono y eventualmente al menos un compuesto escogido entre los compuestos vinil aromáticos, por polimerización aniónica en presencia de catalizadores organo metálicos, a una temperatura comprendida entre -80 y 150ºC , se funcionaliza el polímero vivo obtenido de masa molecular en número Mn comprendida entre 20.000 y 300.000 con una lactama N- substituida de la fórmula **fórmula ** donde Z representa un radical alcohilo de 1 a 20 átomos de carbono, alquenilo de 2 a 10 átomos de carbono, fenilo eventualmente sustituido por u grupo alcohilo de 1 a 10 átomos de carbono y n representa un número entero comprendido entre 2 y 11, a una temperatura comprendida entre 10 y 80ºC, siendo la cantidad de lactama N-sustituida utilizada tal que la relación de moles de lactama N-sustituida a número de puntos carbaniónicos funzionalizables eade 1 por lo menos y se hidrogena el polímero funcionalizado obtenido en presencia de un sistema catalítico obtenido por reacción entre un derivado de metal de transición y un compuesto órgano reductor.
