Abstract

Ce procédé de préparation d'additifs pour huiles lubrifiantes améliore l'indice de viscosité et présente des effets dispersants et détergents par grefage de lactames polymérisables sur des polymères de base. On utilise le lactame polymérisable en quantités de 0,5 à 10 parties en poids avec un composé hétérocyclique azoté polymérisable en quantittés de 0,1 à 3 parties en poids, pour 100 parties en poids du polymère de base, comme composants de greffage. L'utilisation du composé hétérocyclique azoté avec le lactame permet d'améliorer considérablement les rendements de greffage et par conséquent de diminuer les quantités d'homopolymères gênants présentes dans le produit final.
