Abstract

L'invention concerne des polymères azotés et un procédé de leur préparation. L'invention concerne plus particulièrement un terpolymère d'éthylène, d'une alpha -oléfine et d'un termonomère capable de subir une réaction de type ène (par exemple une dioléfine non conjuguée) modifié par du succinimide; pour modifier le terpolymère, on le fait réagir avec de l'anhydride maléique, puis on fait réagir le produit réactionnel avec une amine primaire, en particulier une diamine comportant un radical amino primaire et un radical amino tertiaire. Les terpolymères modifiés de l'invention conviennent particulièrement bien comme additifs des huiles lubrifiantes.
