Abstract

Procedimiento y molde para la fabricación de recipientes cerrados estériles, de materia plástica, según el cual se extrusiona un esbozo tubular y se infla este esbozo en un molde con ayuda de aire estéril insuflado por una aguja hueca, contraíble, que atraviesa una pared del esbozo, el procedimiento caracterizado porque durante el cierre del molde sobre el esbozo, éste es dividido en dos partes, de las cuales una solamente es insuflada por una aguja para constituir el recipiente, mientras que la otra no es insuflada y no se pone en contacto con el molde, retirándose la aguja de insuflación de la primera parte y deformándose la segunda parte para cerrar el orificio perforado por la aguja en la pared del esbozo.
