Abstract
1. Método para la obtención de una composición acuosa estable para recubrir superficies metálicas, especialmente superficies de hierro, zinc y aluminio, a fin de acrecentar la resistencia a la corrosión y las propiedades de adhesión de la pintura en las mismas, caracterizado porque se establecen los siguientes pasos de reacción; 1) la formación de una solución acuosa del trióxido de cromo y el ácido fosfórico; 2) la reducción de aproximadamente 40 a 60% de cromo hexavalente a cromo trivalente bajo condiciones adecuadas para disolver completamente todos los productos de reacción; 3) agregar el ácido poliacrílico a la solución de cromo reducida bajo condiciones adecuadas para asegurar una interacción completa de los reactivos presentes; y 4) agregar el polímero acrílico en emulsión a la solución de cromo parcialmente reducido y ácido poliacrílico.
