Abstract
Perfeccionamientos en los dispositivos para separar partículas contaminantes, de los gases de escape de un motor de combustión interna, particularmente partículas de plomo, caracterizados por comprende en combinación, una carcasa cilíndrica (1) provista de primera y segunda paredes extremas (3,4); dos paredes divisoras (5,6) en el interior de la carcasa cilíndrica (1) que, subdividen el interior de la carcasa en tres cámaras, una primera cámara extrema (7), una cámara intermedia 8) y una segunda cámara extrema (9); un conducto de admisión axil (10) que se extiende a través de la primera pared extrema (3) de la carcasa (1) en la primera cámara extrema (7) hasta la primera pared divisora (5), presentando dicho conducto de entrada (10) orificios (11) para el paso de los gases de escape en el espacio comprendido entre dicho conducto (10) y la superficie interna de la carcasa cilindrica (1); una cámara anular (12), que contiene una empaquetadura porosa dispuesta en el interior de la primera cámara extrema 7 y adyacente a la superficie interna de la carcasa 1), delimitada interiormente por una pared cilíndrica 13) que se fija a la carcasa 1) y está provista con orificios 14) para el paso de los gases de escape en la cámara anular (132), presentando también orificios (17) la pared divisora (5), dispuestos circunferencialmente entorno del conducto de entrada 10), para el flujo de los gases de escape en la cámara intermedia (8). Un conducto axial (18) dispuesto en el interior de la carcasa (1) , que se extiende a partir de la primera pared divisora (5) y pasa a través de la segunda pared divisora (6) y la segunda pared extrema (4) de la carcasa (1); una serie de deflectores de guía (19,20,21), que se extienden axialmente en el interior de la cámara intermedia (8) entre dicho conducto axil (1() y la superficie interna de la carcasa (1), siendos aptos los deflectores de guía para imprimir a los gases de escape un movimiento verticoso helicoidal, presentando la segunda pared divisora (6)una abertura anular (22) que circunda el conducto axil (18), para el paso de los gases de escape a la segunda cámara extrema (9); una cámara anular (24) en el interior de la segunda cámara extrema (9), delimitada por dicho conducto axil (18) y ubicada en una pared troncocónica (23), que favorece un fluco centrífugo de los gases de escape, obligando a que dichos gases fluyan a través de dicha cámara (24) e inviertan sus direcciones de flujo, llenándose el espacio (26) entre la pared troncocónica (234) y la pared de la carcasa (1) con una empaquetadura porosa; una serie de divisiones extendidas radialmente en sentido axil (24) y circundando dicho conducto axil (18) presentando dichas divisiones (28) sus extremos radialmente externos en contacto con una cubrición (29), y siendo aptas para enderezar el flujo vertiginoso de los gases escape después que éstas han invertido su dirección de flujo en la cámara anular (24) , estando provisto también dicho conducto axil (18) con orificios (32) para el paso del flujo enderezado de los gases de escape en el conducto axil (18) para descargarse por un extremo de salida de dicho conducto.
