Abstract
Procedimiento y dispositivo para el desmenuzado activante de minerales flotable y de concentrados de flotación; o sea minerales que son enriquecidos por flotación, lavado en caliente, lavado de sedimentación, por separación de líquido de poca fluidez, separación magnética, separación electroestática o análogo, y que son desmenuzados previamente, con preferencia hasta menos de 7 hasta 10mm y presecados, si es necesario, hasta una humedad remanente de menos del 8 hasta el 10%, caracterizado porque los materiales, que han de ser tratados, son sometidos a un desmenuzado en que por suministro de energía, por efecto mecánico de golpes o percusión tiene lugar simultáneamente una modificación reproducible de la estructura fina y con ella una activación en sentido de un efecto mejorado de separación en la flotación, o bien en el subsiguiente proceso siderúrgico de los minerales preparados, en compasión con los materiales de partida, desmenuzados en forma usual, tal como en molinos de bolas.
