Abstract

Un método de desintegrar materiales en terrones previamente triturados, preferiblemente menas y otras materiales minerales, por medio de un dispositivo triturador y un molino de molturación de tipo de tambor, autógeno o semi autógeno primario, caracterizado porque se divide el material en terrones en una fracción gruesa y una fracción más fina , cargándose la fracción gruesa directamente en el molino de tambor, mientras que la fracción más fina se carga en el dispositivo triturador y se tritura en el mismo hasta un tamaño de partículas máximo, que es a lo sumo un tercio del tamaño de partículas mínimo de la fracción gruesa, y se carga después directamente en el molino de tambor y se muele en el mismo, utilizando al propio tiempo dicha fracción gruesa como cuerpos molturadores.
