Abstract

Procedimiento para la recuperación de energía de gas de escape de alto horno, conteniendo polvo, utilizando una turbina de flujo axial, caracterizado porque comprende la operación de saturar un gas de escape de alta presión conteniendo polvo con vapor de agua, rociando continuamente agua, mantenida a una temperatura inferior a la temperatura del gas saturado sobre dicho gas saturado, en una cantidad correspondiente a 0,5 gasta 5% de peso del régimen del flujo del gas saturado, corriente arriba respecto a una turbina de flujo axial, para refrigerar el gas saturado y formar una cantidad suficiente de nieblas en el gas por condensación de vapor de agua y alimentado el gas a la turbina de flujo axial.
