Abstract

Una disposición en los calderos de colada (1) convertidores y similares, destinados a metal o aleación metálica fundidos, con una campana o cubierta (2) por encima del caldero de colada, unos quemadores (3) para un medio líquido, gaseoso o en polvo y aire u oxígeno que se hacen pasar a través de la cubierta o campana y uno o más canales de evacuación (4) para los gases de escape, estando dispuestos unos canales (5) para el aire de combustión concéntricamente en torno o al exterior de dicho canal o canales de evacuación y dispuestos como un brazo de soporte en contacto mutuamente trocador de calor, estando dispuesto el brazo de soporte con la cubierta o campana y los quemadores para quedar sustentado por una columna de soporte (6) con dispositivos hidráulicos para elevación y descenso, caracterizada porque el canal de evacuación (4) además de atravesar el brazo de soporté pasa también a través de por lo menos una parte de la columna de soporte, y porque por lo menos existe una abertura de salida (9) dispuesta en la columna de soporte (6) a un nivel inferior al nivel del brazo de soporte (4, 5).
