Abstract
L'invention concerne un four vertical pour la production d'une poudre métallique à base de fer à faible teneur en oxygène pour la métallurgie des poudres. Un four selon l'invention comporte une section d'alimentation en poudre brute 1, une section de préchauffage 2 comportant un tube central 7 et un corps 42, 43 avec des brûleurs, une tige support de poudre 8 coulissant verticalement dans le four, une zone de chauffage par induction 3 et une zone de tronçonnage et de refroidissement 4, la zone de préchauffage 2 étant fixée seulement à son extrémité supérieure et étant raccordée à la zone de chauffage par induction par un raccord glissant à brides étanche au vide, et l'extrémité inférieure de la zone de chauffage par induction étant montée sur un dispositif à chariot pouvant être abaissé pour permettre l'enlèvement de cette zone pour l'entretien et la réparation.
