Abstract

Método y su correspondiente aparato para tratar una mezcla de resinas aniónicas y de resinas catiónicas usadas, cuyo aparato incluye: (a) un separador de resinas, un limpiador ultrasonido de resinas, y un mezclador de resinas dispuestos en una disposición vertical; (b) estando dicho separador de resinas en el punto más alto de dicha disposición, estando dicho limpiador ultrasónico de resinas situado inmediatamente debajo de dicho separador de resinas, y estando dicho mezclador de resinas situado inmediatamente debajo de dicho limpiador ultrasónico o resinas; (c) un dispositivo para suministrar resinas usadas que han de ser tratadas, a dicho separador de resinas; (d) un dispositivo para hacer que dichas resinas caigan por gravedad a través de dicho limpiador ultrasonido de resinas en dicho mezclador de resinas; (e) un dispositivo para energizar dicho limpiador ultrasónico de resinas mientras dichas resinas lo atraviesan, para eliminar los contaminantes de dichas resinas; (f) un dispositivo para suministrar un fluido de transporte a contra corriente respecto a la dirección del movimiento de dichas resinas, arrastrando dicho fluido de transporte los contaminantes desalojados de dichas resinas, hasta dicho separador de resinas; y (g) un dispositivo para extraer los contaminantes de dicho separador de resinas.
