Abstract

Procedimiento para la fabricación de un cuerpo moldeado cerámico para la mecanización con arranque de virutas de materiales metálicos y no metálicos y para la protección contra el desgaste, el cual en estado no solicitado está exento de fisuras y consta de alfa-óxido de aluminio y de 0,5 a 35% en peso, de preferencia 1 a 20% en peso, de óxido de zirconio estabilizado, teniendo el óxido de zirconio estabilizado un grado de estabilización de 40 a aproximadamente 100%, de preferencia 70 a 90%, y un contenido de estabilizador de 3 a 9% en peso, referido al óxido de magnesio y/o óxido de calcio.
