Abstract

Un procedimiento para fabricar objetos a base de cemento, fibras minerales sintéticas y resina polímera, partiendo de materiales compuestos endurecibles en agua, en el que se preparan dichos materiales compuestos reuniendo un cemento endurecible en agua, agua, fibras minerales sintéticas y una dispersión de resina de un polímero que contiene grupos ácidos y que tiene un tamaño medio de partícula comprendido entre 0,05 y 5 micras, estando comprendida entre 0,2 y 0,5 la relación agua/cemento en el material endurecible en agua y siendo de 0,02 a 0,4 la relación en peso de la resina con respecto al cemento, se forma un mortero por mezcla a fondo de dichos materiales en un aparato mezclador y se conforman subsiguientemente los objetos mediante configuración de la mezcla de mortero hasta obtener una forma deseada y se endurece esta forma durante un periodo de tiempo de 1 a 24 horas, después de lo cual, si es necesario se saca el objeto del molde, si está presente, y se endurece el objeto, al menos en parte, a una humedad relativa comprendida entre 40 y 80% durante una período de 4 horas hasta 1 año.
