Abstract
Procedimiento para la obtención de poliaminas de la serie difenilmetano, con un alto contenido en 4,4'' isómeros y un bajo contenido en 2,2'' - y 2,4'' isómeros, por reacción de aminas aromáticas primarias o secundarias con formaldehído en presencia de catalizadores ácidos, sólidos presentes en fase heterogénea, en caso dado a través de la etapa intermedia de precondensados N-sustituidos obtenidos bajo ausencia de catalizadores ácidos, caracterizado porque a) como catalizador se emplean intercambiadores de iónes saturados con agua, en forma de gel, conteniendo grupos ácido sulfónico, a base de copolímeros de estireno-divinil-benceno que se han reticulado con un máximo de un 2% en peso, refererido al copolímero, de divilbenceno, o intercambiadores de iónes macroporosos, saturados con agua, conteniendo grupos ácidos sulfónico, a base de copolímeros de estireno-divinil-benceno, que se han reticulado como mínimo con un 18% en peso referido al copolímero, de divinilbenceno y b) la reacción catalítica se realiza a temperatura más elevada bajo condiciones de presión y de temperatura de manera que se evite ampliamente una separación por destilación del agua de condensación o de agua introducida en el sistema.
