Abstract

Método para colar metal fundido el lingotes o barras, con el cual el metal fundido es primeramente disgregado por un gas que contiene un polvo constituido por el mismo material que el metal fundido y/u otro material, después de lo cual se recoge la mezcla resultante de metal fundido fragmentado y polvo, caracterizado por hacer fluir el metal fundido (5) contenido en un depósito (4) por una salida (6) de dicho depósito (4) con lo que el gas (11) que contiene el polvo (9) de cantidad y composición predeterminadas se hace fluir por la boca (3a) de un tubo (3) en forma de lanza o similar, cuyo tubo, por lo menos en su extremo correspondiente a la boca, esta completa o parcialmente rodeado por metal fundido, y cuya boca (3a) está situada en dicha salida (6), con lo que el metal fundido (5) es disgregado y mezclado con la antedicha cantidad de polvo, después de lo cual el metal fundido fragmentado resultante, mezclado con granos de polvo es recogido en un colector (7).
