Abstract

Perfeccionamientos introducidos en los empalmes rápidos de tubos flexibles reforzados con capas múltiples para fluidos, en los cuales los tubos cuya extremidad cortada solamente, se acopla mediante simple empuje axial en el empalme, caracterizados porque el empalme comprende un cuerpo que presenta interiormente y a continuación, una entrada cilíndrica de un diámetro sensiblemente igual al del tubo, un reborde que se extiende radialmente hacia el interior y que constituye un estrangulamiento seguido de una parte de forma general cónica, un orificio calibrado de igual diámetro al diámetro mayor del cono, recibiendo la mencionada parte cónica interiormente un casquillo acanalado sobre el cual se acopla el extremo del tubo, prolongándose el mencionado casquillo por una parte cilíndrica o cola que se acopla en un orificio calibrado del cuerpo que presenta una garganta en la cual se encuentra dispuesta una junta de estanqueidad anular, siendo el mencionado casquillo móvil axialmente para colocarse en posición de bloqueo en rotación cuando el tubo se encuentra en posición introducida y en posición de ajuste del tubo contra el reborde de estrangulamiento entre el casquillo acanalado móvil en rotación y la parte cónica del cuerpo cuando el tubo se encuentra en posición de tracción.
