Abstract

Mejoras introducidas en el objeto de latente principal nº patente principal nº 463.711 presentada el 29 de octubre de 1977 por "un procedimiento para tratar una mezcla de gluten de trigo vital y almidón de trigo, que contiene al menos aproximadamente 25% de proteínas, con el fin de separar el gluten vital y obtener como segundo producto un almidón solubilizado, que comprende someter la mezcla, en medio acuoso, a la acción de una alfa- amilasa bacteriana en condiciones en las que se solubiliza una cantidad sustancial del almidón sin experimentar gelatinización, siendo la temperatura durante la solubilización de al menos 450ºC, estando el pH en el intervalo de aproximadamente 5 a aproximadamente 7 y no excediendo el tiempo de tratamiento de aproximadamente 6 horas, y separara después el gluten vital del almidón solubilizado, consistiendo dichas mejoras en efectuar la solubilización a una temperatura de 60ºC a 80ºC, no excediendo el tiempo de traramiento de 30 minutos
