Abstract
Mejoras en un método colorimétrico para la determinación de la actividad de la enzima gamma-glutamil-transpeptidasa en un fluido biológico, donde la enzima de dicho fluido se hace reaccionar catalíticamente con un substrato de un péptido sintético de ácido L-glutámico en un medio acuoso para formar un producto de escisión diazotable del péptido y el producto de escisión se diazota y se hace reaccionar con un compuesto copulante para producir un colorante con una intensidad de color proporcional a la actividad enzimática, cuya mejora consiste en emplear como substrato una sal soluble en agua de un compuesto seleccionado entre el grupo formado por L-gamma-glutamil-3-sulfoanilida y L-gamma-glutamil-4-sulfoanilida.
