Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable to measure the H2O2 in living body liquid with long wave length at high sensitivity under the presence of peroxidase especially, by using the water-soluble reducing type color element of specific type.
CONSTITUTION: In equations I and II, (where; in equation I, R1 R2 are radicals expressed in equation II, and R3 is phenyl or naphthyl radical replaced with 1W3 sulfonic acid radicals (this phenyl or naphthyl radical can be replaced by OH, alkyl), R4, R5 are lower alkyl, H (replaced) phenyl, replaced radical is lower alkyl, and R6 is H, alkyl, carbonyl, sulfonic acid, halogen).
