Abstract
Un procedimiento para la preparación de una composición acuosa detergente líquida enzimática que presenta mayor estabilidad en almacenamiento, caracterizada por contener un sistema estabilizante que comprende: a) de 2 a 25% del peso de la composición final de un compuesto amínimo polifuncional que contiene como mínimo un grupo amino y como mínimo dos grupos hidroxilo; b) de 0,25 a 15% del peso de la composición final de ácido bórico o de un equivalente en boro del mismo, capaz de reaccionar con el compuesto amínimo polifuncional, cuyo procedimiento comprende: i) hacer reaccionar: (a) de 2 a 25% en peso de un compuesto amínico polifuncional que contiene como mínimo un grupo amino y como mínimo dos grupos hidroxilo, con (b) de 0,25 a 15% en peso de ácido bórico o de un equivalente en boro del mismo; ii) opcionalmente, combinar el producto de la etapa anterior con; (c)) hasta un 10% de sacarosa, (d) de 0,001 a 10% en peso de proteasas, amilasas o celulasas, (e) de 10 a 60% en peso de un material detergente activo y (f) de 5 a 70 % en peso de agua, iii) ajustar el valor del pH entre 7,5 y 11,0 por adición de un material ácido o alcalino adecuado.
