Abstract

Mejoras en los hornos verticales de fuego directo, calentadores de bandas, caracterizadas porque se disponen por lo menos dos cámaras calentadoras, a través de las cuales corre en secuencia una banda de acero, las que están dispuestas en paralelo y verticalmente, y por lo menos una cámara calentadora dispyesta en un lado, corriente abajo, del flujo de la banda, que se provee de una pluralidad de quemadores, que se abren hacia la cámara para calentar directamente la banda y componiéndose de un tubo de chimeneas, que se extiende horizontalmente para comunicar una salida de la cámara calentadora en el lado de corriente arriba del flujo de la banda y la cámara calentadora en el lado, corriente abajo, adyacente a la cámara calentadora, una cámara de rodillo para alojar un par de rodillos, para guiar la banda a lo largo del tubo de chimenea.
