Abstract
Procedimiento para fabricar cables a partir de chorros de acero líquido, conteniendo silicio y manganeso, caracterizado porque dicho chorro de acero líquido se proyecta a través de una extrusionadora en un recinto que contiene un medio refrigerador reactivo, constituido por una mezcla gaseosa que tiene frente al acero, al menos en la zona contigua a la extrusionadora, un poder de oxidación tal que el producto de oxidación del acero, en equilibrio termoquímico correspondiente a la temperatura que reina cerca del orificio de la extrusionadora, sea sílice.
