Abstract

Un método de fabricar un dispositivo de transferencia de calor mejorada consistente en un substrato metálico y cuerpos metálicos distribuidos aleatoriamente unidos a dicho substrato, que comprende las operaciones de: habilitar polvo de metal de base con partículas de dimensión mayor menor que 2,54 mm; mezclar dicho polvo de metal de base con un primer aglutinante líquido y en una proporción tal que la relación en peso del polvo de metal de base al primer aglutinante líquido esté comprendida entre 20:1 y 30:1, para formar así una masa adherente; habilitar polvo de metal de soldadura fuerte que tiene un punto de fusión más bajo que el de dicho polvo de metal de base y con partículas de dimensiones mayores tales que la relación de dimensiones mayores de polvo de metal de soldadura fuerte a polvo de metal de base esté comprendida entre 1:60 y 1:3.
