Abstract
Método de obtención de hormonas proteínicas, derivadas de tejidos pituitarios, por medio del cual un extracto acuoso que contiene las hormonas proteínicas se somete a precipitación fraccionada con un agente precipitante, caracterizado porque el extracto acuoso procedente de tejido pituitarios es precipitado con una o más porciones de polietilenglicol a un valor de pH de 4 a 6, ajustándose la cantidad de polietilenglicol de modo de la hormona o las hormonas proteínicas en estado purificado.
