Abstract

Aparato para fabricar un elemento metálico anular con tolerancias precisas, aplicable en los sistemas de suspensión de la industria del automóvil, estando dicho aparato caracterizado porque incluye: (a) una matriz externa que tiene una superficie de matriz continua con la configuración deseada para la superficie externa del elemento anular metálico, teniendo dicha matriz un reborde anular que rodea el interior de la matriz para que se apoya en el una extremidad de una pieza de chapa metálica de forma anular. (B) un primer troquel montado con respecto a dicha matriz externa de modo que pueda realizar un movimiento de vaivén a lo largo de un trayecto dentro y fuera de dicha matriz externa, teniendo dicho primer troquel una forma unas proporciones tales que se adapte en dicha pieza metálica anular y entre en contracto con la pieza metálica y la arrastre en la matriz externa en el interior de la superficie externa para que se apoye contra dicho reborde, pudiendo dicho primer troquel desplazarseaxialmente a través de dicho trayecto hasta una posición más extrema en la cual sustancialmente la totalidad de dicha pieza ha sido obliga da penetrar en dicha matriz externa. © y un dispositivo para animar dicho primer troquel de un movimiento de vaivén.
