Abstract

Procedimiento de preparación de lisados a partir de microorganismos que intervienen en la formación de la placa dental cariógena, caracterizado porque se cultivan las especies bacterianas consideradas en medios escogidos, hasta una cierta madurez, a una temperatura comprendida entre 20º y 50ºC, durante un período de tiempo suficiente y utilizando un sistema tampón, y porque luego se las somete a lisis con ayuda de una solución de fluoruro de sodio.
