Abstract

Un procedimiento para la preparación de nuevos derivados de Beta-lactama de fórmula (I) **(Fórmula)** donde R1 es un átomo de hidrógeno o un grupo alquilo inferior; R2 es un átomo de hidrógeno, un grupo alquilo inferior o un grupo carboxilo opcionalmente salificado o esterificado; R3 es un átomo de hidrógeno o de cloro, un grupo alquilo opcionalmente sustituido o un grupo conjugante y R4 es un grupo conjugante; cuyo procedimiento consiste en someter a una reacción de eliminación de HX con cierre de anillo.
