Abstract

Lanza perfeccionada de desulfuración de fundición o de acero, esencialmente constituida por un tubo metálico de inyección, protegido lateralmente por una vaina refractaria, estando destinada esta lanza, en servicio, a ser sumergida parcialmente en un baño de fundición o de acero, para inyectar en el mismo, al menos, un agente de desulfuración transportado por un flujo gaseoso a través del tubo metálico de inyección, caracterizada porque presenta, entre el tubo metálico de inyección y la vaina refractaria, una cámara anular cerrada hacia abajo y atravesada en servicio, de abajo a arriba, por un caudal de un gas de refrigeración que asegura la refrigeración del tubo metálico de inyección y de la vaina refractaria en el curso de la operación de desulfuración.
