Abstract
Un método para la producción electrolítica de metal empleando elementos que se proyectan fuera de una base de metal fundido, comprendiendo dicho método electrolizar, entre áreas de superficie anódica y catódica, un compuesto del metal disuelto en un disolvente licuado, efectuándose la electrolización a una temperatura tal que se forma el metal en estado licuado, recogiéndose en una base de metal fundido, caracterizado por la provisión de un área de superficie catódica en forma de una serie de elementos que se proyectan fuera de la base al interior del disolvente en dirección al área de superficie anódica para establecer una serie de posiciones en las cuales la distancia ánodo-cátodo es de hasta 1-1/4 pulgadas (3, 17 cm.).
