Abstract
Procedimiento para la obtención de anhídrido de ácido ftálico, caracterizado porque comprende oxidar con aire o-xileno y/o naftalina a temperaturas comprendidas entre 300 y 500ºC en presencia de un catalizador soportado, formado por un soporte inerte, no poroso, y una fina capa de masa activa catalítica dispuesta sobre dicho soporte, que contiene de 1 a 39,9% en peso de pentóxido de vanadio; 60 a 98,9% en peso de dióxido de titanio, con un contenido en pentóxido de vanadio, referido al soporte del catalizador, de 0,05 a 4% en peso; y 0,1 a 10% en peso de rubidio y antimonio en una proporción atómica Rb:Sb de 1:1,5 hasta 1:30.
