Abstract
Procedimiento para la fabricación de serie de elementos de fijación para cierre de cremallera, que consiste en: hacer girar una ruda de soporte de cavidades que está provista de una hilera de cavidades de forma alargada situada en la periferia de la rueda, definiendo cada cavidad una porción e formación de cabeza y un par de porciones de formación de patas a partir de los lados opuestos de la porción de formación de cabeza y a lo largo de la dimensión longitudinal de la cavidad, teniendo dicha rueda de soporte de cavidades una multiplicidad de canales de colada que se extienden cada uno a partir de una de las dos porciones de formación de pata de cada cavidad; poner una cinta en contacto con la periferia de la rueda de soporte de cavidades durante una parte de la rotación angular de la rueda de soporte de cavidades para correr las cavidades de modo que los canales de colada se extiendan hasta un lado de la cinta; inyectar una resina polímera sintética en estado fluido en cada uno de los anales de colada en un lado de la cinta de tal manera que la resina polímera sintética en estado fluido, fluya a partir de cada canal de colada en cada cavidad respectiva a lo largo de la primera porción de formación de pata, de la porción de formación de cabeza y de la otra porción de formación de pata; y endurecer la resina polímera sintética ene estado fluido en las cavidades para formar un tren de elementos de fijación.
