Abstract

PURPOSE:To permanently secure a rotary body and a lug arbor or the like to each other with necessary accuracy, by placing a rotary body which has a plate portion near the lug arbor or the like and has a positioning hole and a securing perforated hole, on metal molds to tighten them and by injecting and molding a thermoplastic resin. CONSTITUTION:A lug arbor 2 made of steel is fitted in a holding hole m1H provided in one m1 of injection metal molds opened from each other. A center hole 1C, a positioning hole 1P and a perforated hole 1Q are provided in the plate portion of a rotary body 1 near the lug arbor 2. Both the metal molds m1, m2 are tightened on each other. A synthetic thermoplastic resin is filled under pressure into a cavity m2C, the perforated hole 1Q and another cavity m1C through the runner m2R and a gate m2G of the metal mold m2 and cooled. Injection molding is thus effected. After that, the molds are opened from each other to pick out a molded piece wherein the rotary body 1 and the lug arbor 2 are secured in a prescribed positional relation to each other.
