Abstract

Un procedimiento para la síntesis de glicósidos de adriamicinona caracterizado porque comprende preparar un derivado apropiado de adriamicinona, condensarlo con un halo- derivado de daunosamina o 4,-epi-dauno-samina y, por último, separar los grupos protectoras medianto hidrólisis suave.
