Abstract
Procedimiento para cementar un revestimiento interior cerámico en un tubo metálico , como puede ser una tobera o una lanza de oxigeno, cuyo revestimiento es resistente a la abrasión, de baja porosidad y gran densidad, caracterizado porque comprende las etapas de aplicar un exceso de un cemento refractario a una de las dos superficies que se han de unir cuyo cemento tiene esencialmente, en peso, aproximadamente de un 1 a un 10% de una mezcla de silicato de metal alcalino hidrosoluble que tiene un contenido de óxido de metal alcalino de aproximadamente un 19 a un 51% y un contenido de sílice de aproximadamente un 24 a un 80% , siendo el resto agua de cristalización e impurezas casuales, aproximadamente de un 90 a un 99% de un agregado refractario de alumina-sílice que tiene un tamaño de partícula de aproximadamente -20 mallas y que se elige del grupo consistente en arcilla calcinada, arcilla cruda, cianita, mullita, bauxita, alumina y mezclas de las mismas, y agua suficiente para obtener unaconsistencia suficiente para su aplicación con llana o palustre, e introducir dicho revestimiento interior cerámico en dicho tubo metálico para efectuar un contacto prácticamente completo del cemento con ambas superficies que se desee unir, quedando el producto resultante inmediatamente dispuesto para el servicio.
