Description
前記各移送管は、乾燥精鉱が圧縮空気により移送される内管と、前記内管の外周囲に配置された外管と、前記内管及び前記外管の両端部に配置され、前記内管及び前記外管とを一体に固着し、前記内管と前記外管との間に密封された環状空間を形成する継手フランジと、を備えた二重管構造とされ、
前記内管は、前記外管の内側に位置し、前記環状空間を形成する金属製の管と、前記金属製管の最内層を形成するセラミックスリーブと、前記金属製管と前記セラミックスリーブとの間に設けられた耐熱性の充填剤と、にて形成され、
前記外管には、前記環状空間内の圧力を検知するための圧力検知手段が接続され、
前記圧力検知手段は、前記移送管の前記環状空間の圧力を常時、或いは、定期的に、或いは、随時に、計測し、その信号を制御手段に送信し、
前記制御手段は、圧力が第一の所定圧力値に達したときに警報を発し、圧力が第二の所定圧力値に達したとき、乾燥精鉱の移送を停止することを特徴とする移送管の破損検知方法が提供される。
図2及び図3に、本発明に係る乾燥精鉱の移送管1の一実施例を示す。本発明の移送管1は、図1を参照して先に説明したスチームドライヤ側精鉱乾燥設備100における移送管117として使用することができる。

Claims (2)
- 自溶炉に供給するための粒状或いは粉体状の95℃〜100℃の乾燥された銅精鉱とされる乾燥精鉱を、リフトタンクからダストチャンバーへと圧縮空気により流速4〜22m/secにて移送する直管及び曲り管とされる移送管を複数接続して必要な長さとされる前記乾燥精鉱を移送するための配管構造における前記移送管の破損を検知する移送管の破損検知方法であって、
前記各移送管は、乾燥精鉱が圧縮空気により移送される内管と、前記内管の外周囲に配置された外管と、前記内管及び前記外管の両端部に配置され、前記内管及び前記外管とを一体に固着し、前記内管と前記外管との間に密封された環状空間を形成する継手フランジと、を備えた二重管構造とされ、
前記内管は、前記外管の内側に位置し、前記環状空間を形成する金属製の管と、前記金属製管の最内層を形成するセラミックスリーブと、前記金属製管と前記セラミックスリーブとの間に設けられた耐熱性の充填剤と、にて形成され、
前記外管には、前記環状空間内の圧力を検知するための圧力検知手段が接続され、
前記圧力検知手段は、前記移送管の前記環状空間の圧力を常時、或いは、定期的に、或いは、随時に、計測し、その信号を制御手段に送信し、
前記制御手段は、圧力が第一の所定圧力値に達したときに警報を発し、圧力が第二の所定圧力値に達したとき、乾燥精鉱の移送を停止することを特徴とする移送管の破損検知方法。 - 圧縮空気は0.4MPaであり、前記圧力検知手段が検知する前記環状空間内の前記第一の所定圧力値は9.0kPaであり、前記第二の所定圧力値は9.5kPaであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の移送管の破損検知方法。
