Abstract

Un dispositivo para realizar un cuerpo tubular flexible utilizable en particular para la flexo- perforación , caracterizado porque tiene en combinación medios para llevar de plano al perfil metálico a la velocidad conveniente a un plano sensiblemente tangente al cuerpo tubular que se desea formar; medios que permiten comunicar a dicho perfil una deformación permanente en forma de hoja de sable, teniendo el lado del perfil situado en la dirección de la formación del cuerpo tubular una longitud superior al otro lado de dicho perfil, medios constituidos por ejemplo por dedos de formación para comunicar a dicho perfil una deformación helicoidal cuyo diámetro corresponde sensiblemente al diámetro del cuerpo tubular, asegurando la aplicación de la espira en curso de formación sobre la espira preferentemente formada, medios de guía del cuerpo tubular así formado y medios para sincronizar el arrastre en rotación del cuerpo tubular formado y la llegada del perfil destinado a realizar el cuerpo tubular.
