Abstract

Dispositivo de taladrado por percusión con un mandril portabrocas accionable por un husillo de taladrado, particularmente un mandril portabrocas que presenta un pasaje axial a través del cual la acción de percusión de una buterola guiada axialmente en el husillo de taladrado hueco puede transmitirse al extremo de la broca sujeta en el mandril portabrocas entre mordazas de mandril regulables centralmente mediante un anillo de ajuste, estando previsto para la unión de cierre de giro del mandril portabrocas con el husillo de taladrado, al menos un miembro de acoplamiento que encaja con cierre de forma en alojamientos de acoplamiento, por un lado, del husillo de taladrado y, por otro lado, del cuerpo del mandril y le permite al mandril portabrocas una holgura de desplazamiento axial sobre el husillo de taladrado, la cual se puede excluir mediante un dispositivo de enclavamiento con un anillo de acoplamiento, caracterizado porque el dispositivo de enclavamiento presenta al menos un miembro de bloqueo axialmente estacionario con respecto al husillo de taladrado, cuyo miembro de bloqueo es accionable por el anillo de acoplamiento desplazable axialmente e inmovilizable contra giro y es regulable en dirección radial respecto del eje del mandril para entrar en un rebajo respectivo previsto en la periferia del cuerpo del mandril, bloqueando con ello la holgura de desplazamiento axial del cuerpo del mandril, y porque el anillo de acoplamiento está provisto, en su borde vuelto hacia el anillo de ajuste, de unos dientes que, en la posición del anillo de acoplamiento correspondiente axialmente al lado de la broca engranan con un dentado antagonista asociado del anillo de ajuste.
