Abstract
Rotor sinterizado para una bomba rotatoria que utiliza la curva trocoidal, caracterizada porque comprende un cuerpo de rotor interno y un cuerpo de rotor externo separados por un intersticio combinatorio y dotados cada uno de ellos con unos dientes que engranan recíprocamente, cuando los cuerpos de rotor giran uno dentro de otro en torno a ejes geométricos distintos, pero paralelos, teniendo el rotor una curva de una forma adecuada para satisfacer dos condiciones, de manera que el intersticio combinatorio entre el cuerpo de rotor interno y el cuerpo de rotor externo se hace casi constante por toda la circunferencia global de cada uno de dichos cuerpo de rotor, siendo dichas condiciones que (i) cuando entre las dimensiones de la trocoide un diámetro de un círculo de base está representado por A en mm, una excentricidad está representada por e en mm, una relación de excentricidad está representada por fe =e/B, y una relación A/B del diámetro A al B está representada por n, las dimensiones dela trocoide se relacionan de manera que fe satisfaga la desigualdad y la ecuación siguiente: **fórmula** en que **fórmula** con las constantes **fórmula** respectivamente, y (ii) cuando un valor corregido de una distancia entre los centros de los dientes de arco de círculo en dicho rotor externo está representado por Símbolo de incremento (triángulo)b en mm y un valor corregido de un radio del arco de círculo está representado por triángulo c en mm, dichos triángulo by c se relacionan de manera que se cumple la siguiente desigualdad: **fórmula**, con lo que se corrige la curva de dicho rotor externo.
