Abstract
Boquilla de intersticio anular especialmente para secadero, de lecho fluidificado, aplicable en un fondo (1) para la distribución de un medio, fluyente sobre este fondo, que presenta un canal (2) axial que pasa a través del fondo, que está cubierto con una caperuza con liberación de un intersticio anular (4) entre la caperuza y el fondo, estando sujeta la caperuza por medio de una pieza de fijación (6) que pasa a través del canal y coaxialmente al mismo, fijada en un soporte (5) dispuesto en el sentido del flujo del medio al principio del canal, formándose una cavidad de flujo, en la que se desvía la corriente del medio que discurre axialmente en la zona del canal, en una cavidad de desviación (3) y que sale a través del intersticio anular, estando estiradas todas las paredes que delimitan la cavidad de flujo de tal forra que la sección transversal de la superficie atravesada de la cavidad de flujo anular decrece continuamente en el sentido del dibujo del medio hacia los bordes de salida (7) del intersticio anular (4) comenzando al menos en la cavidad de desviación (3) de la cavidad de flujo, caracterizada porque la cavidad de flujo, es decir el canal y la cavidad de desviación esté delimitada por paredes de dos piezas estampadas (9 y 10) configuradas de forma complementaria entre si y encajadas entre si en forma de cazoletas, que se han dispuesto en la zona de un taladro (11) a través del fondo (1) y se mantienen a una cierta distancia mútua.
