Abstract
Perfeccionamientos introducidos en un pistón con vástago metálico y fondo unido con él mediante una unión, por contracción desde el estado caliente, que delimita cámara de combustión y que, eventualmente, tiene una depresión de combustión, con un componente de óxido de circonio parcialmente estabilizado, caracterizados porque a) la región superior del fondo del pistón, que delimita la cámara de combustión, consiste en toda la sección transversal en el componente de óxido de circonio parcialmente estabilizado; b) en su zona inferior el componente tiene forma tronco de cono, teniendo la superficie de fondo del componente, que forma la zona de contacto del componente con el vástago metálico, un diámetro mayor que el diámetro del tronco de cono en la zona de transición a la región superior del componente; c) el vástago metálico tiene forma de tronco de cono en su zona superior, teniendo la superficie que constituye la región de contacto el mismo diámetro que la superficie inferior de fondo delcomponente, estando hecho cilíndrico el vástago en su región inferior que sigue a la zona troncocónica superior, siendo el diámetro, en la zona de transición de la región superior a la inferior, menor que el diámetro de la superficie inferior de fondo del componente; d) la región troncocónica inferior del componente y la región troncocónica superior del vástago metálico están zunchadas por un componente anular dividido en dos partes en la dirección del eje longitudinal del pistón, con un contorno interior que corresponde a las realizaciones troncocónicas de la zona inferior del componente y de la zona superior del vástago de pistón; e) el componente anular es retenido por un anillo exterior contraído desde el estado caliente.
